Wellness Wednesdays are designed to support student mental health and overall wellbeing throughout the demands and stressors of college life. These flexible, themed experiences change throughout the semester to provide students with meaningful opportunities to pause, recharge and build healthy coping strategies.

Activities may include the following:

  • Yoga sessions
  • Sound healing
  • Aromatherapy
  • Therapy dogs during midterms and finals week
  • Mindfulness activities
  • Opportunities to explore campus and community wellness resources

Each event is created to help students manage stress, build healthy habits and take intentional time to recharge in a supportive campus environment.
