5 Star Club Incentive Program
Elevate Your Club's Impact and Recognition
The 5 Star Club Incentive Program is designed to recognize and celebrate the dedication, service and leadership of student organizations. This progressive achievement system encourages clubs to grow from foundational participation to legendary impact within our campus community.
How It Works
Each star level represents increasing engagement and contribution to campus life. Clubs advance through five distinct levels, with each tier building upon the previous achievements while introducing new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Initiate (1 Star) - Building the Foundation
Start your journey with the basics of active club participation:
- Attend 3 SGA meetings
- Hold 3 club meetings
- Upload ALL agenda and meeting minutes to Teams
Dedicate (2 Stars) - Demonstrating Commitment
Show consistent involvement and campus engagement:
- Contribute to at least 3 events on campus
- Attend 10 SGA meetings
- Hold at least 1 meeting per month
Engage (3 Stars) - Making a Community Impact
Incorporate meaningful service into your club's mission:
- Complete at least 75 community service hours and submit a service project reflection
- Advocate for a community initiative or cause
- Support the Bobcat Pantry
Ascend (4 Stars) - Developing Leadership Excellence
Position your club as campus leaders:
- Ensure all officers complete club training
- Contribute to 10 events with pictures and captions provided
- Submit an election slate for the following year
Legendary (5 Stars) - Achieving Exceptional Impact
Reach the pinnacle of club achievement:
- Host a club event
- Contribute to at least 12 campus events
- Submit an end-of-year report
- Attend at least 85% of SGA meetings held since achieving active status
- Complete 200 or more community service hours
