Each campus has a Student Government Association (SGA). The SGA represents the voice of the students on campus and at the district and state levels. All PHSC students are automatically members.
The purpose of the SGA is to promote active, responsible, and cooperative citizenship through participation and self-government. The SGA strives to promote campus events in harmony with student interest by planning and actually participating in campus events. The campus SGAs hold regular weekly meetings.
Elections for president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer are held during the spring semester, elections for senator are held early in the fall semester. See a campus Student Life Coordinator for more information, application deadlines, and elections dates.
